30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@example.com.
